Planned from concept to celebration in just five months, the weekend perfectly reflected the couple’s relationship, passions and shared sense of fun - proving that luxury wedding planning can feel both seamless and deeply personal, even within a shorter timeframe.

At The Bijou Studio, we specialise in designing weddings that feel entirely authentic to each couple. For this creative celebration, we built the design concept around meaningful elements of the couple’s story, weaving their favourite memories and interests throughout the guest experience. Jampacked with hidden details and non-stop fun for the lucky friends and family that shared the weekend with them.

The styling combined an elegant, high-impact design with playful narrative touches. The groom’s love of classic cars inspired carefully curated details woven subtly into the décor, while the bride’s childhood love of Alice in Wonderland influenced the romantic yet whimsical aesthetic. Their James Bond-themed first date inspired sophisticated nods throughout the celebration, creating layers of storytelling that guests discovered throughout the weekend.

The couple’s beloved dog Monty stole hearts as ring bearer before the couple exited the ceremony to a sing-along of ‘All You Need Is Love.’ Perfectly capturing the joyful, relaxed atmosphere they wanted their guests to experience.

Our role was to ensure every detail — from design and supplier curation to guest experience and timeline management — flowed effortlessly, allowing the couple and their guests to be fully present throughout the celebrations.
