When beauty influencer Ling KT approached The Bijou Studio to plan her wedding, she needed a team she could trust to translate her vision into an experience that felt deeply personal, visually striking and completely seamless alongside her demanding schedule.

Working closely with the couple, we sourced a venue that reflected their shared passions and sense of adventure. Set within sweeping countryside landscapes, the celebration combined contemporary styling with immersive guest experiences, creating a wedding that felt both modern and unforgettable.

As experienced luxury wedding planners, we designed a sophisticated monochrome aesthetic layered with soft textures and statement floral installations. The design allowed each space to feel refined yet impactful, blending editorial elegance with relaxed countryside surroundings. Every element was carefully curated to feel cohesive, intentional and reflective of the couple’s personality.

Honouring heritage played a central role in the celebrations. The day began with a traditional Chinese tea ceremony, thoughtfully designed for privacy within an intimate courtyard setting. Wearing traditional attire and heirloom pieces, the couple served tea to family members as a gesture of gratitude and respect.

Following the tea ceremony, the celebrations transitioned into a romantic outdoor wedding ceremony framed by abundant white florals and soft architectural styling. The bride wore a striking couture Berta gown, perfectly complementing the refined yet fashion-forward aesthetic of the day. Personal vows created an emotional and intimate atmosphere before guests gathered for champagne celebrations and confetti moments.

Guest experience remained central throughout the wedding weekend. Carefully curated entertainment and interactive elements ensured the celebration felt immersive and memorable from start to finish. Ring for champagne wall, a private safari, lantern tunnels, custom cocktails and carefully planned transitions between moments allowed the day to unfold effortlessly while maintaining an atmosphere of excitement and discovery. The result was a wedding that perfectly balanced cultural tradition, contemporary luxury styling and unforgettable guest experiences within a truly unique setting.
